Article #82: NS P60 w/ ES44AC's 8015 & 8082 + GP38-2 5170 Oyama Yard Hickory, NC (November 29, 2025)

 

In this new article we will be taking a look at the power for NS P60 at Oyama Yard in Hickory, NC back on November 29, 2025. P60 runs six days a week where it originates at Oyama Yard in Hickory, NC departing between 5:30 om and 6 pm and makes a turn at Salisbury, NC. It returns to Oyama around midnight. 

On this day, the power consisted of ES44AC's 8015 and 8082 along with GP38-2 5170. 5170 at this point had just come into the yard to run on trains P71 and P95.
