Article #60: NS P95 w/ GP60 7131 & GP38-3 5807 Oyama Yard (June 5, 2025)

 

In this new article we take a look at NS P95 starting up at Oyama Yard in Hickory, NC with GP60 7131 and GP38-3 5807 in the evening around 6 pm. P95 runs five days a week between Oyama Yard and Claremont, NC switching insudtries between those two points. Occasionally it runs a few more miles up to Catawba, NC. In the photo above we see the two locomotives ready to switch the cut of cars.
