Article #59: NS P71 w/ GP60 7118 & GP38-2 5170 + GREX SPS #6008 Tied Down Oyama Yard Hickory NC (December 29, 2021)

 

In this new article we take a look at NS P71 backing into Oyama Yard in Hickory, NC back in December of 2021.

 The two locomotives were GP60 7118 & GP38-2 5170. The train backed into the yard after switching some industries in Conover, NC.

 In the passing siding was GREX locomotive 6008. That train came in from Salisbury, NC and ended up doing some maintenance work on the S-Line.
