Article #55: NS P71 w/ GP40-2 3048 & GP38-2 5646 Conover, NC (August 3, 2021)

 

In this new article we are taking a look at NS P71 eastbound at Conover, NC back on August 3, 2021. GP38-2 5646 and GP40-2 3048 pulled one tank car up to one of the industries not far from this location. P71 usually runs between Oyama Yard in Hickory, NC and Morganton, NC. Occasionally, it runs up to Conover to switch.
