Article #18: NS 96Q w/ SD60E 6936 Hickory, NC (January 17, 2020)

 

In this new article we are looking at the second work train back on January 17, 2020. It was NS 96Q eastbound from Asheville, NC towards Oyama Yard through Downtown Hickory, NC with SD60E 6936 and two gondolas. Around that time, 86Q was running between Asheville and Hickory regularly. The common power for this train at that time was an SD60E like we see here.
